We're an Italian software house. We build custom ERPs, Quantica Leap for Italian e-invoicing, modernize AS/400 mainframes, and integrate LLMs into business systems. We're looking for salespeople who bring serious projects — flat monthly commission, quarterly rewards from €5,000 revenue (fuel vouchers, Amazon, iPhone, Apple kit, city car), timely payouts, non-exclusive.
How it works
You don't need to code. You don't need to write technical proposals. You open the door, we close the deal with you.
01 — Onboard
We map your network, the verticals you know well, what you can bring. If it makes sense for both, we sign a partnership agreement and you're live right away.
02 — Bring a lead
You send us the contact with a project description. We qualify, quote, and close together — you're in the deal until signature.
03 — We win, you earn
When the client pays, you get your commission. Recurring contracts pay monthly, as long as the contract runs. Tracked, transparent.

Incentive program
The 30% commission is just the floor. Every quarter, starting at €5,000 in revenue you take something home: fuel vouchers and Amazon gift cards first, all the way up to a city car. No loyalty points, no useless catalogs — only stuff you spend or actually hold.

Not a fit: LinkedIn copy-paste blasts, "100 potential leads" lists, cold email spam. We prefer 2 qualified leads to 100 noisy ones. We close them seriously — you won't be left alone.
FAQ
No. This is a non-exclusive free collaboration. You can work for others, have your own clients, run your own business. You need an Italian P.IVA (or equivalent invoicing entity) to bill commissions.
30% of revenue Quantica receives from the client. One-shot projects: paid once, within 30 days of receiving the payment. Recurring contracts (retainers, subscriptions, white-label SaaS): 30% recurring, paid monthly or quarterly for as long as the contract is active.
Your commission stops with their payment. No claw-back on what you've already earned, but we don't pay on unpaid invoices. We pay on cash collected.
Yes. We operate with clients abroad (mainly UK and DACH). Same commission. English-language communication when needed.
We do. You open the door and make the intro; we then quote, present, and close together with you. No technical burden on your side — if you don't want to dive in, you can just be the matchmaker.
No minimum, no target. Bring work, earn. Don't bring work, nothing happens. No inactivity penalties.
Coming soon — a private dashboard where you upload leads, see status (in review / quoted / won / lost), and track commissions. Meanwhile, it runs via dedicated email and a shared sheet.
Every quarter we sum the revenue Quantica actually collected (PAID, not promised) from clients you brought. Hit a catalog threshold (20k → iPhone, 60k → Apple kit, 80k → travel, 100k → city car) and the matching reward becomes claimable in your dashboard. You can redeem ONE per quarter, on top of the 30% monthly commission. Reward cost never exceeds 10% of the revenue you brought — fixed rule, sustainable for the company, transparent for you.
Yes — claim the most ambitious tier you unlocked. They don't stack (no iPhone + city car in the same quarter), but nothing stops you from taking the 20k reward one quarter and the city car the next if you keep performing.
You have until the end of the following quarter to open the request — after that, that capacity is lost (we don't roll it over). This keeps the program dynamic and encourages regular follow-through.
